Paganism & Wicca - Who Is A Goodfellow?

 

This seemingly benign phrase has hidden sinister connotations throughout history. 

  • In seventeenth-century England, “goodfellow” was a euphemism for witches and worshippers of pre-Christian deities and customs.
  • Nowadays, it is a euphemism for a Mafioso.
