Spirituality and Objectivity

Be uninterested in things that are objective.

We are the worst enemies of ourselves. We are the ones that sabotage our own pleasure. You are the originator of your own intellectual understanding. Whatever you undertake will only be accomplished inside the confines of this "World Illusion."

Desire is a form of slavery, while the lack of desire is a form of Brahman.

To break free from attachment, meditate on the Self. When we stay in touch with our True Nature, our desire for Illusion items fades. Paramatman, the Supreme Self, has no need for anything. He doesn't need to be kicked. It is your body that is deserving of such treatment.

This is something you should keep in mind.

It is necessary to learn to distinguish between the Self (Atman; the seer) and the non-Self (transient appearances).

You are naturally disinterested in chasing objective things if you are aware that your essence is bliss and that all items are also happiness. After that, your mind says, "I don't want anything."

You feel embarrassed to want anything from this world, just like a lady will not want a moustache.

"I am constantly shapeless and exist outside of the three attributes (Gunas). What do I have to do with the world's objects?"

If you keep this mentality, you will lose your affection for items, just as a priest will not like a prostitute. This is how you should feel about your "True Nature" (Swaroopa).
