Svaprakasha is a Sanskrit word that means “self-revealing”.
The idea that some things, such as knowledge, are self-revealing and do not
need anything else to be known in Indian philosophy.
The question of whether or not these entities existed, and
if so, what they were, was a matter of heated debate among Indian
intellectuals.
