Bhastrika Pranayama - Bellow Breath

Method:

Sit in Sukhasan and shape the dnyanamudra with your hands, placing them on your knees with palms facing upwards.

(When you connect the tips of your index and thumb while holding the other fingers outstretched, you form Dnyanamudra.)

Close your eyes for a moment.

Inhale deeply, hold the breath for a few seconds, and then gently exhale.

Flush your lungs with air and extend your abdomen while inhaling, which will push your diaphragm down; do not expand your stomach while inhaling.

Concentrate entirely on your breathing and pay close attention to how you sound with each breath.
